The China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway is a transnational railway connecting the three nations and a landmark project under the Belt and Road Initiative. Spanning approximately 523 kilometers, the route begins in Kashgar, Xinjiang (China), crosses into Kyrgyzstan via the Torugart Pass, runs westward through Makmal and Jalal-Abad, and terminates in the eastern Uzbek city of Andijan. Upon completion, it will serve as one of the shortest overland freight corridors linking China to Central Asia, West Asia, and Europe, significantly enhancing regional connectivity. Our company has participated in the provision and maintenance of concrete mixing plant equipment, thereby substantially boosting our international business operations.
A launch ceremony for the project was held on December 27, 2024, and construction on key control projects began in April 2025. Following the formal signing of a loan agreement worth up to $2.3 billion in December 2025, the project has entered the critical stages of financing and substantive construction. It is currently under active construction.
